As the sun began to set on another perfect day in Cape Hatteras; Jason, Bryan Elkus, and myself decided to session and shoot the dock slider at real. We rigged a 14m Havoc and a 12m Hi-Fi and begun our assault on the slider. Sleazy was pressing his new influence both switch and regular. I might of even seen some 270s. I also had some nice tail presses and a few gap hits. We were riding leash less for safety reasons, and before long kites were flying away. Sleazy lost his first and I lost mine soon after, luckily there was other people seasoning the dock and they quickly grabbed our kites. Great thing about the Havocs and Hi-Fis is their ability to twist, and flip then still re-launch and fly with a breeze. After we got our kites back the sun drifted below the horizon and we finished up the session. We scored a couple of killer shots, thanks to Bryan. Just another day on the Island. Brandon
